Advanced Clinical Massage

Advanced clinical massage using the Jing Method is a results-driven approach that blends Eastern and Western bodywork techniques to address chronic pain, injury, and stress-related conditions. It's a clinical treatment designed to create real, measurable change.

Every session is highly personalised, drawing on deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and stretching — chosen specifically for your needs and goals.

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing long-term pain, or simply want world-class bodywork, clinical massage works on every level — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Most people notice significant change within 1 to 6 sessions.

Movement & Yoga Therapy

Getting out of pain is one thing. Staying out of it is another.

Movement & Yoga Therapy is the natural extension of the clinical work — helping you understand how you move, why certain patterns may be contributing to your pain, and how to build a sustainable practice that supports your body in everyday life.

Drawing on twenty years of yoga teaching and specialist movement training, and fifteen years of clinical practice, this work is gentle, practical, and entirely personal. No yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to explore how your body moves and how it could move better.

The goal is lasting change — not just in the treatment room, but in how you live and move every day.

TMJ Massage

A focused clinical massage treatment for tension and pain around the jaw, face, neck, and upper body, using the Jing Method to work with the muscles and soft tissues involved in jaw movement.

Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include massage to the jaw and face, neck and upper body, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure and, where appropriate, intraoral techniques. Fresh disposable gloves are always worn for any intraoral work.

TMJ massage can be particularly helpful for muscular tension associated with jaw clenching, stress, headaches, and tension through the neck and shoulders.

The aim is to reduce muscular tension, create more ease around the jaw, and help you move and feel more comfortable.
